All-electronic vertical printer

The ES Press is a vertical press for hot stamping or heat transfer that requires no compressed air, is servo-motor driven and has precision accuracy and repeatability up to 0.0001 in.

The ES Press keeps exacts records — upstroke speeds, dwell times and print parameters are entered and can be read back in units of inches per minute, millisecond and pounds of force. With each print cycle, the servo controlled press will repeat the exact print motion, with the exact speed and accuracy as the previous print motion — with servo motors providing 0.0001 inch stroke resolution.

All functions are programmable, and up to 124 decorating set-up programs may be stored. There are no valves, no regulators, no air lines, and few moving parts.
